Updates to the Casting Director Application

• Users will now be able to sign onto Casting Networks via Google SSO. More Information can be found HERE. 
• Email History will now include messages sent via the Email Talent Representatives button.
• While reviewing submissions, users can now navigate between roles without needing to reset talent filters due to persistent filters.

Updates to the Casting Director Application 

• When running Presentation Reports, users now have the ability to select With Picks, With Comments, or Both.
  
• While viewing a session, users will now see the option to navigate to other sessions via the View Session Details for: drop-down option.  

Updates to the Representative Application 

• A new report type has been added to the Reports tab for Talent Representatives! Users now have the ability to run an All Talent Roster Submission Report. To learn more about this new feature please visit our help center HERE.
• Talent can now add and edit the manager's email address within their agency profile. In the My Details for (Name of Agency) the bottom option allows talent to add or edit the email address for their manager.

• Talent will be required to enter a phone number when submitting to Casting if no phone number is entered at the account level. This information will then be saved for all future submissions.

Updates to the Casting Director Application 

• New skills have been added to Casting Networks. Pickleball and Voice-Over can now be used as a skill on Talent profiles, within the skills section of projects. 
• A fix has been made to the filters section of the Worksheet. When applying Filter by Picks in the Worksheet, talent that have been assigned a pick (Thumbs Up) in a presentation link, will now appear as expected after filtering.

Updates to the Casting Director Application 

• A new feature has been added to Sessions. Casting Directors will now see a search bar at the top of the Session tab to be able to search for the specific name of sessions created within a project. Additionally, you will be able to sort sessions by Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest. 

• An update has been made to collaborators tied to Casting Directors projects. When Collaborators add New Talent, not currently on Casting Networks to Sessions, the email addresses will now display as expected.
• An update has been made to the Filter By section of the overview tab within projects. User will now be able to toggle between All Work Dates, Future Work Dates, and Past Work Dates as expected. 

Updates to the Talent Representative Application 

• We have removed the storage based system from our talent memberships! Audition media will no longer be counted in Talent’s media space. Talent on a free membership will receive  2 photo credits, 1 video credit, and 1 audio file credit included in their membership. Talent on Premium membership will still have unlimited media on their profiles.

Updates to the Casting Director Application 

• A new Save Draft feature has been introduced when creating requests! After adding a title to your Media or Question Request scroll to the bottom and Select Save Draft. You can access this Draft from the main requests summary page.

• An issue has been resolved where the Mark as Reviewed button within the Submissions Tab will now work as expected.

• Projects shared with new Collaborators will now properly display to these users immediately. 
• Collaborators can once again manually navigate from Online to Offline within FastCapture. 
• The “Requesting Submissions From” section of the project will now properly display all regions that the project has been released. 
• An improvement has been made to ensure that the “Share Selects” link will properly display Submission Notes.

Updates to the Casting Director Application

• Contact information will now properly be displayed per the selection set at Project Creation level. 
• An issue has been resolved when reviewing submissions on pagination and marking as reviewed now only the talent on the specific page will move to viewed. 
• An update has been to the publication settings. Now when updating individual role publication settings the other roles will remain to their designated publication settings.

• An update has been made to the Project Notification Emails. These email notifications will now display all roles, role info & additional project information.

Updates to the Casting Director Application

• A New Feature has been created for all Casting Directors - Collaborators! The Collaborators feature allows Casting Directors to loop in Freelancers, Cam-Ops, and Session Runners to work on individual projects within your Casting Company. By assigning collaborator access, you can maintain control over your project's confidentiality and ensure that collaborators have the necessary permissions without granting them full access to your company's account on Casting Networks. Updates to the Casting Director Application 

Improvements have been made to Sessions and Representative Lists! 

• You can now rearrange the order of photos in Sessions! Once in your desired session, click on “Group Details” -> “Photo”. From this tab, you will be able to drag and drop the photos in the order in which you prefer! 
• An issue has been resolved where users will now be able to see their Representative Lists in Alphabetical order.

Improvements have been made to Presentation Links, Conflicts, Audition History, and the Casting Experience!

• An issue has been resolved where users can accurately apply filters to search for presentation picks and comments on the worksheet. 
• New conflicts have been added - These include: 
  • Category: Shipping - Freight Companies, Delivery Services, USPS, Amazon, FedEx
  • Category: Financial - Real Estate, Mortgage Services
  • Category: Retail - Retail E-Commerce
  • Category: Miscellaneous - International Campaigns 
• A fix has been released to ensure users are able to view Audition History, including icon indication on returning talent. 
• We have modified the project creation process! Projects will now automatically opt for publishing to the Casting Billboard, to extend access to a wider pool of talent. 
  • Please note that you will still be able to unselect this option when creating new projects.

Updates to the Casting Director Application

• A new feature was introduced to help Casting Directors easily determine In-Person vs. Virtual Auditions. You will be able to set the audition type while building your project under section one, General Project Information -> Audition Type. While viewing your project overview page, you will now see a written notice reminding you if this project will have In Person, Self-Tape/ Virtual, Both, or Not Sure audition types.
  

• Improvements have been made to Presentation Links!
  • An issue has been resolved where outside clients leaving picks within a Presentation Link could not unpick the same talent.
  • A fix has been released to ensure users can successfully update feedback visibility settings in Presentation Links. Outside clients will not be able to see the names of those leaving comments and picks, as expected when unselecting “See Feedback Left by Others”.

 

Updates to the Representative Application

• A new feature was introduced to help Agents and Managers easily determine In Person vs. Virtual auditions for your talent. While viewing the Project Overview you will now see a written notice informing you if the audition will be In Person, Self-Tape/ Virtual, Both, or Not Sure audition types, as determined by the Casting Director. Further, you will also be able to see this information again in your worksheet under the Project -> Audition Type.

• A new feature was introduced to help talent easily determine In Person vs. Virtual auditions. While viewing projects in the Casting Billboard, you will now see a written notice informing you if the audition will be In Person, Self-Tape/ Virtual, Both, or Not Sure audition types, as determined by the Casting Director. You will be able to see this under the Project Title and next to the Project Type and Union Status.

• An improvement was made to Media Requests! We’ve added a Media Request Summary page similar to the Schedule Summary page. This new page allows casting to quickly see how many talent are in each status, including Not Yet Sent, Sent & Pending, Confirmed, Declined, and Received Response.

• An improvement was made for casting to help manage submissions! When reviewing submissions, you'll now see when a talent is:

  • Submitted for multiple roles within the same project
  • Selected for multiple roles within the same project

  When selecting, a warning modal will prompt for review. From here casting can make changes to their selections for this talent.

• An improvement was made to talent profile skills! 

  • We’ve added the proper dialects and languages for talent based in New Zealand. Updated skills include adding New Zealand to dialects and Tongan and Samoan to languages. 

   

• Two new enhancements have been made to talent membership & billing! 

  • Apple Pay has been activated as a payment method for talent when checking out. 
  • Talent with an annual subscription can renew their annual status within 30 days of the renewal date. If they choose an annual subscription renewal, talent will receive a 10% discount!
• New Feature added! Role Tracker allows Premium talent to track the life of their Casting Billboard submissions by viewing if casting has chosen to move forward with the talent's submission. Learn more about it HERE! 
  
  
• Essential Membership, a new middle-tier membership has officially been launched! This membership allows for emerging talent to utilize unlimited submissions on the Casting Billboard and upload up to 1 GB of media. All membership levels and features can be found HERE.

• Talent Scout is our new feature for Representatives looking for new talent! Talent Representatives can explore Casting Networks' Database for talent, who have indicated that they are currently seeking representation. Searches can be filtered by working locations, Union Statuses, Playable age ranges, and more! Representatives can then contact talent they are interested in directly.

Updates to Casting Director Application

• A New Feature has been added to the Project Submission experience. Casting Directors can now set their viewing preference from Infinite Scroll to Pagination. Pagination will allow you to view your submissions with a specified number of talent profiles per page. This is useful when reviewing roles with a large number of submissions to decrease loading time.

• An issue has been resolved for presentation recipients where download files were empty when “/” was in the session name, role, talent name, or group name.
  
• The ability to choose which client picks/comments are displayed on a Presentation Log report has been added!
  
• An inconsistent issue was resolved where moving talent to another role would produce an incorrect message that the talent was already in the role.

• Filter settings have been added to the Project List Page! You can now save filters for project types, Union types, where locations are being requested from, and more. These default filters will be applied anytime you return back to the Project List Page!
• Casting Company names have been added after the project title when filtering on the worksheet by Project Name.
  
  
• An issue has been resolved when contacting talent on a Package. If all talent on the package are selected to be sent a message, all talent will successfully receive the message.
• Filters applied to one role when submitting talent will no longer copy over to the next role.

• An update has been made to the Worksheet! You can now select multiple talent at a time and select Group Actions! With this Group Action, you can move multiple talent to a new/different role at one time.

  • Reinstating Picks & Comments - Any user viewing presentation will be able to make a comment on a talent or mark them as a “Pick”. Before leaving feedback, recipients are prompted to enter their name, so any subsequent feedback is attributed to them. Once a presentation has picked talent in it, recipients will be able to view “Picks Only” as an instant selects link. Casting directors can use this view to see the clients’ choices.

  • Ability to Download Media - Casting can now choose to “Allow Downloads” on a Presentation, giving recipients the ability to download video, audio and photo files. Users should click on the overflow menu (⋮) on the media item and choose “Download” from the menu.
