What kinds of reports are available and how do I generate a report?

You are able to generate the following reports. Click to see steps on how to generate a report:

• Project Report 
  • Project Overview Report
  • Project Submission Report
• Talent Report 

Project Report 

Project Overview Report

1. Choose Project Report on the Report Type dropdown

2. Select Project Overview Report 

3. Select the project you'd like to run the report for in the Project dropdown 

4. Customize your report by choosing talent status, Selected Talent or Submitted Talent and by choosing a role or roles. 

5. When ready, select the View Report button

Project Submission Report

1. Choose Project Report on the Report Type dropdown

2. Select Project Submission Report 

3. Select the project you'd like to run the report for in the Project dropdown 

4. Customize your report by choosing talent status, Selected Talent or Submitted Talent and by choosing a role or roles. 

5. When ready, select the View Report button

Talent Report

Talent Report: 

1. Choose Talent Report on the Report Type dropdown

2. Type the talent's stage name in the Stage Name search to find the talent you want to run the report for 

3. Select the date range you'd like to run the report for 

4. When ready, select the View Report button

I'm not able to view a report because of a pop-up blocker, what should I do?

Steps to remove pop-up blockers from my browser: 

Google Chrome steps: 

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More   Settings.
3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
5. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked

Safari steps: 

1. Open Safari.
2. Under the Safari drop-down menu, click Preferences
3. Select the Security icon at the top and uncheck the box for Block pop-up windows

Firefox steps:

1. Open a new tab by clicking the "+" sign next to an open tab
2. Click on menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner
3. Go to Preferences 
4. Select Privacy & Security 
5. Scroll down to the Permissions section 
6. You can uncheck the Block pop-up windows box to allow ALL pop-ups OR click the Exceptions... button
7. If you click Exceptions..., enter the address of the website (you will need to go back to your tab with Casting Networks, copy the address then paste the web address) then click Allow
8. Once you've entered in a web address, click Save Changes
