Free Premium Trial

• All new accounts are required to sign up for a free trial of the Premium Membership.
• Talent will be required to enter payment info at sign up, but they will not be charged anything upon sign up.
• Once they have built their account they are free to try out the benefits of Premium Membership for the length of the trial.
• Talent are free to cancel this trial at any point within the trial period.
• Should they choose to cancel, they will be moved to a Free Membership once the trial ends, and they will not incur any charges.
• If they choose to remain on premium after the trial period, they will be charged the monthly or annual membership fee based on their selection at sign up.

Free Membership

• Talent on the Free Membership will receive two free photo uploads, one free video upload, and one free audio upload.
• If a talent were previously on the storage-based model, when they login they will be prompted to pick which pieces of media they would like to redeem their free credits with.
• Free Membership does not allow talent to self-submit to projects, however, it does allow their representatives to submit for them.
  

Premium Membership

Premium Membership gives talent unlimited media uploads and unlimited self-submissions on Casting Billboard. It also gives talent access to premium features such as:

• Connect with agents and managers through Talent Scout.
• Link their Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok profile to your Casting Networks profiles.
• Monitor their submissions with Role Tracker.
• Create reels on the go with the Casting Networks iOS app.
• Access to Thrive benefits for their health and wellbeing.

Do talent still get 2 free photos, 1 free video, and 1 free audio when first creating talent accounts?

Yes. Talent on the Free Membership will receive 2 free photo uploads, 1 free video upload, and one free audio upload when creating a new account.

Do talent have the ability to swap out media on their profiles?

The 2 free photo uploads, 1 free video upload, and 1 free audio upload cannot be swapped out for new media, nor can they be deleted. However, this media can be hidden on all profiles. Talent on the Premium Membership have unlimited media uploads.

As a talent Representative can I add media to my talent's profile?

Yes, as a talent representative, you will be able to upload media to a talent's profile. If the talent has a Premium Membership you can upload unlimited media. If the talent is on a free membership and they have used their free uploads they will need to upgrade to a Premium membership to upload additional media.

What happens to a talent’s media if they switch their membership

If a talent downgrades their membership from Premium to Free, they will have access to their initial free uploads: 2 photos, 1 video, and 1 audio clip. All other media will become locked.

With the membership options can family members share memberships?

Each membership is tied to an individual artist account. Multiple family members can be connected to the same talent account but each family member must have their own artist account with their own membership.
