This article provides instructions on how to manage your Casting Networks membership, including how to add services, renew your annual membership, and pause your subscription.

Adding or Upgrading Your Membership
You can get to the payment screen to switch your membership in two different ways:
- Click the Upgrade Now button in the top right corner.
OR
- Click your name in the top right corner.
- Hover over Account Settings and choose Membership and Billing.
- This will take you to the membership options page.
- Choose "Upgrade" to make your selection.
- This will take you to a checkout screen where you can enter your credit card information and finish your payment. You can use the toggle button to choose to pay monthly or for a full year.
- Once you select the "Pay" option, you will be taken to a loading screen.
- You will get a confirmation and an emailed invoice once the payment is processed!
Casting Networks accepts payments through VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, Mac and iPhone users have the option to use Apple Pay.
(Please note that purchases must be made via a web browser and are not supported in the iOS app.)
You can return to your Memberships and Billing page at any time to review your membership.
Renewing Your Annual Membership
This section is for Casting Networks talent with an annual premium membership. Here's how to renew your annual membership starting 30 days before your current membership expires.
Step 1: Check your membership expiration date.
You will want to make sure the 30-day window applies to you before you try to renew.
- Go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING.
- Check the NEXT BILLING DATE on the left-hand side of the Membership and Billing section.
If your next billing date is within the 30-day window, please continue to Step 2. If not, you will need to wait until the 30-day window begins.
Step 2: How to renew your annual membership.
- While on the Membership and Billing page, scroll down until you see the RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION section.
- Make sure that the PAY YEARLY option is checked. If you are already on an active annual membership, it should be preset to that option, but you will want to double-check.
- Click the RENEW NOW button to go to the Complete Purchase page.
Step 3: Complete your purchase.
- After clicking the Renew Now button, you will be sent to the Complete Purchase page.
- Click on the payment method you prefer to use. If you are adding a new payment method, you can click the + ADD PAYMENT METHOD button.
- Once the payment method is selected, scroll down to see the total amount due today.
- When you are ready to check out, click the blue PAY button in the bottom right-hand corner.
After successfully checking out, you will see the updated NEXT BILLING DATE. You will also get a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your account.
Pausing Your Membership
We are happy to share a new billing feature! You will now have the ability to pause your ongoing membership should you need a break.
- To trigger this, you can navigate to your Membership and Billing page. To get there, you just need to click on your name in blue text at the top right of your computer screen, then hover your mouse over Account Settings. Then, you will see Membership and Billing as an option.
- Once there, click on Need to cancel or downgrade? Click here.
- If you have not used a pause in the past, you will be given the option to do so. You just need to click on the Pause It! button. This will activate the pause for 1 month, set to begin at the end of your current billing period. You will receive an email confirmation of the change.
Once the pause has been activated, you will see a banner at the top of your screen showing the date that the membership is set to renew.
During the span of the pause, you will only be able to access the Casting Billboard for viewing purposes, your Account Details, and your Membership and Billing page. You will not have access to update your Profiles, adjust Media, Submit to Projects on Casting Billboard, update details for your account, or respond to Requests under Your Alerts.
If you would like to end your pause at any point during the pause period, you can click on the Reactivate link at the top of the page when logged in or navigate to your Membership and Billing page and click the Reactivate button.
To be eligible for this pause, your account must have at least 3 months of consecutive Active Membership on it. Each account will be able to pause its subscription in this manner one time.
