We understand your needs as a Talent in the Entertainment Industry might fluctuate but we are sad to see you go! Casting Networks offers the ability to cancel directly on the site to facilitate the cancelation process.
- Log in to your Casting Networks account.
- Click on the Account Menu located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, hover over the 'Account Settings' option and select 'Membership and Billing'.
- Within your Membership details, click on the link that says 'Need to cancel or downgrade? Click here.'
5. You will be taken to a cancellation confirmation page where you will be asked to specify the reason for your cancellation.
6. To proceed with the cancellation, tick the box to acknowledge that you understand the terms and then select 'Cancel my account'.
Once you've completed the cancellation process, you will be redirected to the billing page within your account, and a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the cancellation. You can continue to enjoy your Membership benefits until the end of your current subscription expiration date.
