TALENT: What is Role Tracker?

Role Tracker is a new feature that allows Premium talent to track the life of their Casting Billboard submissions to see if casting has selected to move forward with the talent's submission. It displays Project and Role Information, Submission Status, Submission Date, and the Date of Last Update.

Under the Project Type column, you will be able to see the name of the Project, as well as what kind of project it is. Similarly, under the Role Type column, you will see the Role Name and whether it is a Principal or Background role.

In the Status column, you will see what level of Consideration you are under.

• Submitted: You are submitted to this role. No additional action has been taken on your submission.
  Selected: Casting has selected your profile and you may be contacted for an audition, callback, media or question request.
  Under Consideration:  Your profile is included in an audition, callback, media, or question request or client presentation

The Submission Date column shows when you were submitted for the role and the Last Update column shows when the most recent update to your Status on the Project was made.
