The Your Alerts page will show you all of the requests you have received in a single place for all of your profiles. These requests include:
- Callback requests
- Audition requests
- Media requests
- Question requests
There will be a blue dot next to any unread alert to make sure you never miss a message. If you are a parent manager of multiple talent, you can easily view the alerts for any talent in your account.
You can sort these requests from newest to oldest, or oldest to newest, by clicking the Sort by dropdown on the right side of the Alerts page.
To search within specific dates:
1. Click Your Alerts in the top navigation bar
2. Choose start and end dates in the Dates Received fields
3. Click Search
You will be able to view any alerts you received within that time frame. Audition and Callback alerts received before January 2020 will not appear in Your Alerts. If you need to reference an earlier alert, please contact our support team.
You are also able to archive requests on the Your Alerts page. You can view these different sections by going to the designated tab. The tab you are currently viewing will be displayed with black text.
To archive a request on the Current tab, you just need to click on the box with a down arrow In it for the project you would like to archive.
To unarchive a request on the Archived tab and put it back on the Current tab, you just need to click the box with an up arrow in it for that specific project.
