How to Submit to Projects on Casting Billboard
When logging into the mobile app, you will automatically land on the Casting Billboard page, where you can scroll down to explore and access all the projects available for submission.
After you have located the project you want to submit to, tap on it. On the next page, you can review all the project's details before clicking on “Submit for Role” to proceed with the submission.
Carefully review all the role-specific information, confirm your work location, and then proceed by clicking on “Next.”
Choose the media you wish to submit for the project, including photos and other relevant content, and then click ‘Next’ once more.
Once you have chosen your media, you can either leave a Submission Note for the Casting Director or scroll down and click ‘Send Submission’ to finish your submission.
**Important Note:** On certain projects, you may be asked to upload additional media files; this is a decision made by the Casting Director. When you come across the ‘Add Requested Media’ prompt, please keep in mind that these additional media files will solely be included for the submission and will not become part of your profile.

How to Reorder Media in a Media Request
You can easily re-sequence your media files *before* you submit your response. Follow these steps:
While completing a media request on the iOS app, upload all your requested photos, videos, or audio files.
On the submission screen, you will see a list of the media you have added.
To move a file, tap and hold the drag handle (it looks like three horizontal lines ☰) next to the item.
While still holding, drag the item up or down the list to its new position.
You will see the list update on your screen in real time.
Release your finger to drop the item into its new spot.
Repeat this process for any other files until you are happy with the order.
Once finished, complete and submit your media request. The new order you set is what the casting director will see.
This reordering feature works for all supported media types: photos, videos, and audio files.
The sequence you set is final once you submit the media request. You cannot change it after submission.
The new order will be visible on your own submission confirmation screen and in the casting director’s view of the request.
How to View Submission History
Tap the thumbnail in the upper right hand corner that serves as the Main Menu icon.
Click on ‘Your Submissions.’
All the submissions made on Casting Billboard will appear as soon as you click on ‘Your Submissions.’
You can sort them by oldest to newest or newest to oldest.
If you have not made any self submissions from Casting Billboard, the ‘Your submissions’ page will not show anything and it will read ‘Opps.. no matching data found.’
