This article explains how all Casting Networks users can connect with our Global Support Team. We'll show you how to find and start a chat for quick, live assistance with your questions, allowing our team to actively guide you to a resolution.


Support Hours

Chat support, Email Support, and Job approvals are available: Monday–Friday, 7:30am – 6pm Pacific Time

Chat Support

Live chat support is the fastest way to get help from our team. You can connect with a real person for quick answers and step-by-step guidance.

How to Access Live Chat (For Casting Directors & Talent Representatives)

  1. Navigate to your account controls, located in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Help Center.

  3. Once the Help Center opens, click on the chat icon located in the lower-left corner of the screen.

  4. Select your user type from the options provided to be connected with the correct support department.

How to Access Live Chat (For Talent & Project Creators)

  1. Click the chat icon located in the lower-left corner of your account page.

  2. Select the appropriate user type (i.e., TALENT ACCOUNT) from the options to ensure you are redirected to the correct support department.

  3. You may be asked to answer a few questions, such as the name and email address associated with your account. Please provide this information to help our team assist you more quickly.

Email Support

  • Prefer email? No problem. Submit a request here and we will reply via email.

  • Include your name, the email address tied to your account, and a brief description of how we can help. We aim to reply as quickly as possible during business hours.

Tips for Reaching Out

  • Be specific: Let us know as much as you can about your question or issue. This helps us help you faster.

  • Double check your info: Always use the name and email on your account so we can find your details quickly.

  • After-hours requests: We respond to emails as soon as we’re back online. For urgent issues during working hours, chat is your best bet.
