Logging in to FastCapture

In order to login to FastCapture, you will need to claim your account on our new platform. Your new login will be your email address and the password you created while claiming your account.

STEPS:

1. When you open the FastCapture application on your computer, you will be given two options before you are ever prompted to sign in. Click on your desired option to sign in (Please note: both options will require the same login information).
   
   
   1. 1. "Create a new FastCapture File" 
         
         
      2. "Open an Existing FastCapture File"
         
         
         
2. Once you have selected your option you will be asked to enter your “Username” and “Password”, these will be the same username and password you use to sign into your Casting Networks account.
   
   
   
3. To log in later, all you need to do is click on the globe symbol located at the top center of your screen, and FastCapture will prompt you to sign in.

Please Note: If you select a project from the “Recent Documents” menu on the right hand side of the screen, you will also be prompted to sign in with the same username and password, however, you will also see an option to “Work Offline”. This will allow you to work on a session without being signed in. If you choose to work in “Offline” no videos will upload into the “queue” until you sign in.
