Check Your Notification Settings
First, let's confirm that your account's notification settings are turned on and configured to your preference.
- Select your name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Hover over Account Settings and choose Notification Settings.
- Confirm your notifications are set up to your preferred settings.
Add Us to Your Email Contacts
If your settings are correct, the next step is to make sure your email provider isn't accidentally filtering our messages. Please add the following email address as a new contact in your email address book:
- notifications@castingnetworks.com
