Customization "Include" Options
When generating your Presentation Log Report, you will now see an "Include" section with several new options. Here’s what each one does:
Group Number
- Default: Checked.
- What it does: When checked, this shows the # Group column on your report. If you uncheck it, this column will be hidden.
Height
- Default: Unchecked.
- What it does: Check this box to show the talent's height. This information will be added to the Talent column. The units used (e.g., feet/inches or centimeters) will automatically match your account's country settings.
Primary Working Location
- Default: Unchecked.
- What it does: Check this to show the actor's primary working location. This will also be added to the Talent column.
Representation
- Default: Checked.
- What it does: This shows the talent's representation. It will display as "Company Name - Division Name" or just "Company Name" if no division exists. If the talent has no rep, it will show "Personal Profile." This information now appears in its own Representation column (see below).
Submitting Representative
- Default: Unchecked.
- What it does: Check this to see who submitted the talent. It will show the representative's name (e.g., "Jane Doe (Rep)"). This will be left blank for talent who self-submitted or were added by you. This information also appears in the new Representation column.
Contact Info (Existing Option)
- Default: Unchecked.
- What it does: When checked, this shows the representative's contact information in the Representation column. It will continue to show the talent's contact info for personal profiles (as it did before).
Space for Notes
- Default: Unchecked.
- What it does: If you plan to print the PDF report and want space for handwritten notes, check this box. It adds a new, empty column titled Notes to your report.
Report Column Adjustments
With these new options, you'll see a few changes to the report's columns:
- "Feedback" Column: The column that was previously named "Notes" has been renamed to Feedback.
-
New "Representation" Column: This new column will only appear on your report if you check at least one of the following options:
- Representation
- Submitting Representative
- Contact Information
- New "Notes" Column: This new column (for handwritten notes) will only appear if you check the Space for Notes option.
