How Do I Create a New Request?
You can create a new request—either a Question Request or a Media Request—by following these steps:
- Click on Requests below the project name on your project page.
- Click on New Request.
- Choose either Question Request or Media Request.
What is a Question Request and how do I create one?
A Question Request is used when you need to ask talent for specific information, like answering a question related to their availability, skills, or experience.
If you select Question Request, a new page will appear with a form to fill out:
- Fill out the request name.
- Enter your question for the talent.
- You will have an option to include sides previously uploaded to the role.
- You'll have the ability to add selected talent to the request.
- Once the form is filled out, click Send Request.
What is a Media Request and how do I create one?
A Media Request is used when you need talent to upload specific media files like video, audio, photos, or PDFs. Keep in mind that talent can upload a total of 10 media files per request.
If you select Media Request a new page will appear with a form to fill out:
- Fill out the request name.
- Select the media types you need (video, audio, photo, and PDF).
- Use the field to include media instructions for the talent.
- You will have an option to include sides.
- You'll have the ability to add specific talent to the request.
- Once the form is filled out, click Send Request.
