For all of the below, you will need to navigate to your Account Details page. Here are instructions on how to do this on either a computer or mobile internet browser:
- On your account, click on your name in blue at the top right of your monitor if you are on a computer. If you are on a phone, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen.
- On the menu that opens up, hover your mouse over the Account Settings option.
- On the Menu that opens, click on Account Details.
- You will then be on the Account Details page!
Updating Your Name at the Account Level
- Click on the Edit button to the right of both your First and Last Names.
- Make the changes and click the Confirm button.
Please note that this will not change your name at the Profile level.
Updating Your Email Address
- Click on the Edit button to the right of your email address.
- Enter the new email address and click the Confirm button.
- An email with a 6 digit verification code will be sent to the new email address. Enter that code.
NOTE: You must enter this code before navigating away from the page in order to continue using your account.
Updating Your Phone Number
- Click on the Edit button to the right of your phone number.
- Enter the new phone number and click Confirm.
Updating Your Password
- Click on the Edit button to the right of Password.
- Enter your current password once, the new password twice, and then click Confirm.
Updating Your Time Zone
- Click on the Edit button next to Time Zone.
- Select your new Time Zone from the drop down menu and click Confirm.
Updating the Written Language on Your Account
- Click on the Edit button to the right of Language.
- Select the new language from the dropdown menu and click Confirm.
