How to Update Your Account Details

For all of the below, you will need to navigate to your Account Details page. Here are instructions on how to do this on either a computer or mobile internet browser:

1. On your account, click on your name in blue at the top right of your monitor if you are on a computer. If you are on a phone, click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen.
   
2. On the menu that opens up, hover your mouse over the Account Settings option.
3. On the Menu that opens, click on Account Details.
   
4. You will then be on the Account Details page!

Updating Your Name at the Account Level

1. Click on the Edit button to the right of both your First and Last Names.
2. Make the changes and click the Confirm button.
   
   Please note that this will not change your name at the Profile level.

Updating Your Email Address

1. Click on the Edit button to the right of your email address.
2. Enter the new email address and click the Confirm button.
3. An email with a 6 digit verification code will be sent to the new email address. Enter that code.
   
   NOTE: You must enter this code before navigating away from the page in order to continue using your account.

Updating Your Phone Number

1. Click on the Edit button to the right of your phone number.
2. Enter the new phone number and click Confirm.

Updating Your Password

1. Click on the Edit button to the right of Password.
2. Enter your current password once, the new password twice, and then click Confirm.

Updating Your Time Zone

1. Click on the Edit button next to Time Zone.
2. Select your new Time Zone from the drop down menu and click Confirm.

Updating the Written Language on Your Account

1. Click on the Edit button to the right of Language.
2. Select the new language from the dropdown menu and click Confirm.
