CASTING DIRECTORS: How do I know if FastCapture® is online?

This article provides a breakdown of the different status indicators to help you confirm FastCapture® is online and ready to go.

Connection Status Indicators

You can find the online/offline status indicator located at the top center of the app. Here is a guide to what the different colors mean:

  • Blue and Green: This indicates you are online and uploading to Casting Networks only.

  • Blue, Orange, and Green: This indicates you are online and uploading to Cast-It only.

  • Gray with a red ‘No Entry’ symbol: This indicates you are currently offline.
