CASTING DIRECTORS: How do I log into FastCapture?

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how a Casting Director can log in to the FastCapture application.

To log in to the FastCapture application, you will use the same login credentials you use for your Casting Networks account. Your username is the full email address associated with your account.

1. When you open the FastCapture application on your computer, you will be presented with two initial options before you are prompted to sign in:

   • "Create a new FastCapture File"

   • "Open an Existing FastCapture File"

   Click on your desired option to proceed (both options require the same login information).

2. Once you have selected your option, you will be asked to enter your **Username** and **Password**. These will be the same username (full email address) and password you use to sign into your Casting Networks account.

3. To log in later during a session, all you need to do is click on the **globe symbol** located at the top center of your screen, and FastCapture will prompt you to sign in.

When you select a project from the "Recent Documents" menu on the right-hand side of the screen, you will also be prompted to sign in with the same username and password. However, in this scenario, you will also see an option to "Work Offline".

• Choosing to "Work Offline" allows you to work on an audition session without being signed in.

• If you choose to work in "Offline" mode, no videos will upload into the "queue" until you sign in. You must sign in to begin uploading recorded videos.
