This article provides a step-by-step guide to canceling your membership and explains our refund policy.
How to Cancel Your Membership
Follow the steps below to cancel your account directly on the website:
Log in to your Casting Networks account.
Click on the Account Menu located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
From the dropdown menu, hover over the 'Account Settings' option and select 'Membership and Billing'.
Within your Membership details, click on the link that says 'Need to cancel or downgrade?'
You will be taken to a cancellation confirmation page where you will be asked to specify the reason for your cancellation.
To proceed with the cancellation, tick the box to acknowledge that you understand the terms and then select 'Cancel my account'.
If your membership was purchased through the iOS mobile app this is how you cancel:
Canceling on Your iPhone or iPad
The most direct way to cancel a subscription is through the Settings app on your iOS device.
Open the Settings app.
Tap on your name at the top of the screen to access your Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases.
Select "Subscriptions." This will display a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
Choose the subscription you want to cancel from the "Active" list.
Tap "Cancel Subscription." You might need to scroll down to see this option.
Confirm the cancellation. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tap "Confirm" to finalize the cancellation.
After canceling, you will typically still have access to the subscription's content and benefits until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will then move to the "Expired" section and will not renew.
Canceling Through the App Store
You can also manage your subscriptions directly through the App Store.
Open the App Store app.
Tap on your profile picture or icon in the top-right corner.
Select "Subscriptions."

What Happens After I Cancel?
Once you've completed the cancellation process, you will be redirected to the billing page within your account, and a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the cancellation. You can continue to enjoy your Membership benefits until the end of your current subscription expiration date.
