TALENT: How do I update my Account Details?

Need to change your login email, update your password, or adjust your time zone settings? This article outlines how Talent can update their personal account information and security settings to ensure their account remains up to date.


Accessing Your Account Details

To make any of the changes listed below, you first need to navigate to your Account Details page. Here is how to get there using a computer or a mobile web browser: 

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On a Computer: Click on your name in blue at the top right of your monitor.
    On a Phone: Click on the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) at the top right of your screen.

  3. On the menu that opens, hover your mouse over the Account Settings option.

  4. Click on Account Details.

You are now on the Account Details page and ready to make changes.

Updating Your Personal Details

If you need to fix a typo or update your legal name on the account level:

  1. Click the Edit button to the right of your First and Last Name.

  2. Make your changes and click the Confirm button.

  • Note: This will not change your name on your actual casting Profile. This change only applies to your account login details.

To change the email address you use to log in:

  1. Click the Edit button to the right of your email address.

  2. Enter the new email address and click the Confirm button.

  3. An email with a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your new email address. Enter that code when prompted.

Important: You must enter this verification code before navigating away from the page. If you leave the page before verifying, you may have trouble accessing your account.

  1. Click the Edit button to the right of your phone number.

  2. Enter your new phone number.

  3. Click Confirm.

Updating Your Password

To ensure your account is secure, you can update your password here:

  1. Click the Edit button to the right of Password.

  2. Enter your current password once.

  3. Enter your new password twice to confirm it.

  4. Click Confirm.

Updating Your Time Zone

Ensuring your time zone is correct helps with scheduling and notifications:

  1. Click the Edit button next to Time Zone.

  2. Select your new Time Zone from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Confirm.

Updating Your Account Language

To change the written language displayed on your account:

  1. Click the Edit button to the right of Language.

  2. Select the new language from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Confirm.
