TALENT REPRESENTATIVES: Can I add new employees to my account or update my company information?

This article explains how Talent Representatives can add new employees to their Casting Networks account. We also cover how to request other common account updates, such as changing your company logo, division name, or region access.


How to Add a New Employee

Currently, there is no way to add new users directly through your account settings.

Please follow these steps to add an employee:

  1. Contact our support team.

  2. Please provide the following information for the employee you would like to add:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

  3. Our team will process your request and add the new user to your company account.

Other Account Updates

If you need to make other changes to your company account, please also reach out to our customer support team. This includes requests for:

  • Updating your company logo

  • Changing a division name

  • Updating or changing access to specific regions
