FastCapture on iPad - FAQs

Q: How do I get FastCapture on my iPad?
A: You can find the FastCapture app in the App Store on your iPad, free for download. 

Q: How do I set up/ log in to FastCapture the first time?
A: The first time you log in to FastCapture you will need to follow the following steps: 

1. Unlock your iPad
2. Open the Settings App on your iPad, Scroll to FastCapture
3. Select FastCapture, Toggle DEVELOPER MODE to ON
4. Navigate back to Home Screen and select FastCapture
5. Select Preferences and enterfastcapture.prd.castingnetworks.com in the Custom Server Field.
6. Select Done

Q: How do I log in to FastCapture (If this is not the first time I am logging in)
A. When you launch the FastCapture app, it may appear as if you are logged in, however, if you click Add Session you will be prompted to sign in. This will be the same login credentials you use to sign into Casting Networks.

Q: Can I still use an external camera with my iPad? 

A: While it is possible to do so, Casting Networks DOES NOT recommend or support utilizing an external camera with your iPad.
