A personal profile is a profile that does not have any representation associated with it and is separate from a profile on a talent representative's roster. You can make changes to the personal profile at any time and are always able to maintain the personal profile on your account, regardless of the status of a represented profile.
Additionally, a personal profile allows you to receive notifications for projects that are a fit for you based on the Saved Searches created in Casting Billboard. A variety of union and non-union roles are released to Casting Billboard daily. To self submit to any projects on Casting Billboard, you will need a personal profile.
There is no extra cost to maintain a personal profile, and it does not affect your profile on a talent representative's roster.
A represented profile can be maintained and edited by you as well as by your representative. The details entered on the represented profile will be visible to your agent or manager. They cannot view any details on your personal profile.
When responding to a Media, Callback or Audition request sent by your representative, the represented profile will be used for submission by default.
You will need to individually update the details on the ‘Personal’ as well as ‘Represented’ profile.
Please note: when creating your new profile, you can choose to copy the information (media, credits, and skills) from any of your existing profiles.
