Deleting a Video Clip on FastCapture

Sometimes you will need to delete a video in FastCapture, after all, mistakes do happen.

Determining how you can delete video clips, is dependent on your FastCapture version:

3.0.256 and Newer: You will need to select the video you wish to delete (you will know the video is selected when it becomes highlighted in blue), right click on the video, and select, “Move to Trash”.
If you have followed these steps and your video does not delete, try right clicking again and selecting the same thing, sometimes the video will become unselected and therefore no video can be deleted (This occurs more often when using a trackpad instead of a mouse).

3.0.253 And Older: You will follow the same first step as the .256 version, in that you need to select the video you wish to delete (you will know the video is selected when it becomes highlighted in blue), then hit the following buttons (at the same time) on your keyboard - “cmd” + “delete”.
