Adding Talent to a Group

Casting is able to add talent manually to a group by a search or a quick add (placeholder for talent not on Casting Networks). Any talent you add as a placeholder will receive an email inviting them to create a profile for future use

Adding Talent to a Group via Quick Add

Adding Talent via Quick Add:

1. Go to the Sessions tab on the project 

2. Choose a Session

3. Select "+ Empty Group" if you are adding talent to their own group or select "Group Details" on an already existing group.

4. Click the Add Talent drop down (right hand side) 

5. Select Add New Talent

6. Click the Not who you're looking for? button

7. Enter in the talent's Stage Name, Email address, any notes you'd like to add and the role you're adding the talent to

8. When ready, select Add

Adding Talent via Search

1. Go to the Sessions tab on the project 

2. Choose a session then click Group Details 

3. Click the Add Talent drop down (right hand side) 

4. Select Add New Talent

5. Under Stage Name, type in the stage name of the talent you're searching for. Then click Search

6. Once you find the talent, click the Select Talent button to the right of the talent's stage name 

7. Add a Selection Tag

8. When ready, select Add
