How to Access Live Chat (For Casting Directors & Talent Representatives)
- Navigate to your account controls, located in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select Help Center.
- Once the Help Center opens, click on the chat icon located in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- Select your user type from the options provided to be connected with the correct support department.
How to Access Live Chat (For Talent & Project Creators)
- Click the chat icon located in the lower-left corner of your account page.
- Select the appropriate user type (i.e., TALENT ACCOUNT) from the options to ensure you are redirected to the correct support department.
- You may be asked to answer a few questions, such as the name and email address associated with your account. Please provide this information to help our team assist you more quickly.
Email Support
- Prefer email? No problem. Submit a request here and we will reply via email.
- Include your name, the email address tied to your account, and a brief description of how we can help. We aim to reply as quickly as possible during business hours.
Tips for Reaching Out
- Be specific: Let us know as much as you can about your question or issue. This helps us help you faster.
- Double check your info: Always use the name and email on your account so we can find your details quickly.
