Messaging Talent Representatives

You are able to send a chat to a Talent Representative via the scheduler and via the worksheet.

Sending a message to a Talent Representatives via the scheduler

Sending a message to a Talent Representatives via the scheduler

1. Go to the Schedules tab on your project 

2. Choose a schedule 

3. Select the chat icon to the right of a talent's information 

4. Enter your message and press Send when ready to send to the talent's representative 

• • Note: there is a 500 character limit 

Replying to a chat: 

1. When you receive a reply, there will be a number in red at the top of the chat icon 

2. Click on the chat icon to reply to the talent representative

Sending a message to Talent Representatives via the worksheet: 

1. Go to the Worksheet tab on your project 

2. Go to the talent you want to send a message for  

3. Select the blue chat bubble icon 

4. Enter in your message and press Send 

You will see a thread of messages here 

Message Notification Settings

Users can be notified via email when Representatives send new messages within a project. To update the notification settings navigate to Settings -> Account Settings -> Notification Settings. From here you will be able to select opt into email notifications.
