TALENT REPRESENTATIVES: How do I contact talent on my roster?

You are able to contact talent on your roster from the Talent page, a roster list or from a package.

Contact Talent from the Talent Tab (Your Roster)

Contacting Talent from the Talent Tab: 

1. Go to the Talent tab 

2. Select the checkbox to the upper left corner of the talent's photo

3. Select the Contact Selected Talent button on the bottom right of your screen 

4. Type in the message you'd like to send and select the Send button

Contact Talent from a Roster List

Contacting Talent from a Roster List: 

1. Go to your Talent Roster 

2. Select the Filter button and go to Roster Lists. Using the dropdown choose which list(s) you want to filter by and select Filter. 

3. once your roster is filtered, check off the Select All button or select talent individually. Once selected, press the Contact Selected Talent button on the bottom right corner. 

4. Type in your message and press Send when ready! 

Contact Talent from a Package

Contacting Talent from a Package: 

1. Go to the Packages tab

2. Select the package where the talent you want to contact are

3. Select the folder of talent you want to contact 

4. Select the Contact All Talent button on the bottom right of the page 

5. Enter in a subject and message 

6. When ready, press Send
