To add a new agent or manager to your account, contact your new representative and have them send you an invitation to join their roster. You can also disable profiles associated with talent representatives that you no longer work with.
To add your new representation, please follow the steps below.
Please note if you are managing multiple talents within the same account, make sure you link each talent with the correct invitation received.
You no longer need an agency code to add a new representative to your account.
Existing Accounts
- If you have an existing account on Casting Networks (username & password), you can select the I have an existing account button and log into your account.
- Once you have logged into your account, select the Talent you are adding the agent to. If you are managing a new talent without an account, select Add New Talent to this Account.
- Next, you will be asked if you want to copy your existing profile or start a profile from scratch. If you want to transfer your profile information to your new representation profile click Copy an Existing Profile.
- If you have multiple profiles, you will be given the option to select the profile you want to copy your profile details from.
- Once you have clicked on the Profile you would like to copy, you'll be redirected to your account dashboard to verify your new representation has been successfully added.
New Accounts

If you are new and have never had a username and password associated with Casting Networks, select the I need to create an account button. Click Register to create your Casting Networks account.
- Complete the Talent Registration page to get started.

Check your email inbox to enter the verification code. If you have not received the verification email, please check your spam or send the code to a different email address by clicking “ I need the code sent to a different email address”.
*Do not navigate away from this page before entering the verification code. If you do, you cannot return to it.* - Once you have entered the code, on the Let’s Get Started page select these options: I’m creating a profile for myself and if they are 18 or older select I am 18 or older then click Save & Continue.
- Enter information to show on your Profile for your Agency. Once done, click on Create Profile at the bottom of the screen.
- Opt into the Free Trial. This must be done in order to create your account. You can cancel the trial at any point once your account is created. For more information about the Trial, see here.

Enter your payment card information. Please note that you may see an verification charge, but that will fall off by the end of the day you verify your card. You will not be charged for a membership until the end of the Trial Period. Once your payment has been processed, you will be presented with a confirmation page and then click the "Get Started!" button.
- After completing your membership payment, you will be prompted to create a Personal Profile. Every account needs a Personal Profile to work correctly. Click on the Profile you would like to copy for your Personal Profile, then click Create Profile.
- You will be directed to your account to verify your representation has been added.
Disable Old Profiles
You can remove/disable a profile with past representation via your account. To remove a profile on your account, click on your name in the top right corner, hover over Account Settings, and then select Profile Settings.
Once on the Profile Settings page, you're able to remove a profile by selecting the menu icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the profile and selecting Deactivate this Profile.
Please note: If the profile is on a talent representative roster, the option will read Drop this Profile.
Once you see the profile is in grey this indicates that the process of dropping your representation has been completed.
