If you manage profiles for multiple family members, you can add multiple talent within a single account. You will use a single email address and password to access all profiles.
To claim additional accounts, either for yourself or for family members, please follow the steps below:
1. While logged into an account, select the name of the talent’s profile you’re currently on at the top right corner of your screen
2. On the drop down menu, select Claim Additional Accounts
3. Choose which website the profile you're claiming is on:
4. Enter the username and password for the profile you are attempting to claim and click Claim my Account.
If you do not know the username associated with the profile you are trying to claim, reach out to our support team with the following information:
- If the profile is a personal or represented profile
- If a represented profile, the name of the agency or management company on the profile
- The email address on the profile
If you do not know your password, once our support team retrieves the username associated with your profile, click the I forgot my password button to reset your password.
Once your password is reset, follow steps 1 - 4 to claim an additional account.
5. Once completed, you will only need to use one email and password to toggle between the accounts.
