You can add a resume to your talent's profile through the Edit Profile feature.

1. Click Talent in the global navigation bar

2. Click Edit Profile below any talent’s profile

3. Scroll down to the Resume button and click it. You will now see a pop-up modal that allows you to upload your talent's latest resume.

Please Note: The site currently only supports .PDF files for resumes however you can easily convert a Word Document by following the applicable process outlined below: 

Using Microsoft Word:

1. Open the .doc file in Microsoft Word.
2. Click on 'File' in the top left corner of the window.
3. Select 'Save As' and choose the location where you want to save the file.
4. In the 'Save as type' drop-down menu, select 'PDF'.
5. Click 'Save', and your document will be converted to a PDF.

Using Online Converters:

There are many popular free online document conversion sites such as Smallpdf - (we do not recommend a particular service over another and we cannot control the content on such sites so we recommend using with caution)

Using Print to PDF in Windows:

1. Open the .doc file.
2. Select 'File' > 'Print'.
3. In the Printer selection box, choose 'Microsoft Print to PDF' or any other PDF printer installed.
4. Click on 'Print' and you will be prompted to choose a location to save the PDF

Using macOS Preview:

1. Open the .doc file with Microsoft Word or another compatible word processor on your Mac.
2. Click on 'File' > 'Print'.
3. In the print dialog, click on the 'PDF' button in the bottom left corner.
4. Select 'Save as PDF' from the dropdown menu.
5. Choose the location to save the file and click 'Save'.
6. Remember to review the PDF after conversion to ensure all formatting has been retained from the original .doc file.
