CASTING DIRECTORS: Can I edit the audition location of my schedule?

Yes!

1. Click on Schedules below the project name

2. Click on the schedule for which you’d like to change the location

3. Click on Edit by the schedule name at the top

4. Enter the new location in the Audition Location fields

5. When ready, click Save

Make sure you send times to all talent to ensure that talent, and their representatives, are notified of the location change. Changing the audition location for a schedule will not automatically update the audition information for any of your roles.
