How can I edit/update the types of role notifications I receive?
You can customize the type of projects you receive email notifications for. To change your role notification preferences, follow these steps.:
1. Click on your name in the top right corner of your account
- If you have multiple Talent on your account, you will need to choose the correct talent profile
2. Click Account Settings and choose Notification Settings
- You will have the option to edit three types of Notifications:

- Project Type Alerts
- Email alerts for new projects and roles that match your preferences
- Project Type Alerts

- Casting Networks Updates
- Marketing and informative material from Casting Networks
- Casting Networks Updates

- Communications from Representatives and Casting Directors
- Email alerts you receive for audition, callback, media and question requests
- Communications from Representatives and Casting Directors
3. To adjust your Project Type Alerts, Click Edit in the Project Type Alerts section
4. Select or deselect role types, pay preferences, or project types to fit your needs
5. When ready, scroll down and click Save Changes
You can always revisit these settings to more closely fit the project types for which you’d like to receive notifications. You may also want to edit your Fit For You preferences if you are receiving notifications that do not fit your specifications.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive email alerts for projects on the Casting Billboard, you must have a Personal Profile. For instructions on how to create a Personal Profile, please visit this article: Creating a Personal Profile.

How do I unsubscribe from email notifications?
Unsubscribing from email notifications:
1. Click on your name in the top right corner of your account
- If you have multiple Talent on your account, you will need to choose the correct talent profile
2. Click Account Settings and choose Notification Settings
3. Uncheck the Email Me box for any email notifications you do not wish to receive
4. Select Save Changes to save any updates
Please note: if there are multiple talent associated with the same account, you may need to adjust email notifications for all talent.
