CASTING DIRECTORS: How can I change the talent snapshot?

You're able to change a talent's snapshot via the Sessions tab on a project. 

Steps to changing a talent's snapshot via Sessions

1. Go to your project and choose the Sessions tab 

2. Select a session

3. Choose a group with the talent you'd like to change the snapshot for 

4. Click on the Group Details button (right hand side of the groups) 

5. You can can set the Snapshot from a frame of your videos or from a photo

5a. If you'd like to set the snapshot from a photo, go to the Photos tab. If necessary, upload the new photo into the Photos tab by clicking the Upload Photo button. Select photo you want to set as the snapshot

5b. If you'd like to set the snapshot from a video, go to the Videos tab. Scrub through the video until you find a frame you like. 

6. Under the Talent in this Group section (right hand side of screen), choose the Set Snapshot button under the talent you want to update the snapshot for
