Send an Invitation to Talent to Join Roster
To invite talent to create a profile in your roster:
1. Click Talent in the global navigation bar
2. Click Add Talent
3. Select Invite Talent to create a profile.
4. Click OK
5. Click Add Invite (Add talent’s Name and Email*)
You can add a note to talent and choose whether or not to include your email
6. Click Send
*Note: Talent name and email combination must be unique.
Do I have to invite talent one at a time to my roster?
You have the option to invite multiple talent at once.
To invite talent to create a profile in your roster:
- Click Talent in the top navigation bar
- Click Add Talent
- Select Invite Talent to create a profile
- Click OK
- Add talent’s Name and Email
- Click Add Invite
- You can continue to add as many talents’ names and emails as needed within a single invitation.
- You can also add a note to talent and choose whether or not to include your email. Please note: this note will be visible to all talent in the invitation list.
I'm inviting a talent to my roster and it says the email is already taken by someone in my roster what should I do?
The combination of a talent’s name and email address must be unique in order to invite talent to create a new profile in your roster. If you are notified that a talent is already in your roster, you can select View Profile to see the profile for that talent.
If you need to invite a talent whose name and email address is already used on another profile, for example to display another persona or skill, you can amend the talent’s name on your invitation.
I accidentally added someone to my invitation list. Is there a way to remove them?
Yes! To remove talent from an invitation list before sending, click the trash icon to the right of the talent’s name and email.
It says that an invitation is expired. What does that mean?
Talent Invitation requests expire after 30 days. Invitations can be sent again at any time from the invitation page.
How can I see which talent accepted my invitation to my roster?
To see which talent accepted your invitation, click Talent in the navigation bar and choose Invitation History. You will find a full history of your talent invitations as well as their status (Pending, In Roster, or Expired).
Those successfully added to your roster will be listed as In Roster; you can click on In Roster to view those talents’ profiles.
