TALENT REPRESENTATIVES: What are the statuses I'm seeing on the worksheet?

A request may be in any of the following statuses:

Action Required: This status will display when you receive a new request, when you need to review a talent’s response, or when casting has updated a schedule date or time for your talent. 

Pending: A request may be pending if it is waiting for a response from talent, or if you have requested a reschedule from casting, but they have not yet sent you a new time. While a request’s status is Pending, you do not need to take further action. 

Completed: A request will be listed as completed if casting has received your response and there is no further action. Additionally, if a request has been canceled, it will also be marked as completed.
