You will notice the status of your project change during the approval process. The statuses you may see are: 

Draft - The project is still in the process of being created and has not been submitted to Casting Networks for approval.

Under Review - Indicates that your project has been submitted to Casting Networks and we are in the process of reviewing all information and details before it can be published on Casting Billboard. Your project status will also be under review if you have made requested changes and submitted those changes for approval. If we have any questions for you before it is approved, we will reach out to you via email.

Changes Requested - We have emailed you requesting changes be made to your project before it can be approved. Make sure and keep an eye on your email for more details. 

Active - You are now ready to start casting. Your project is currently live on Casting Billboard and talent can submit themselves to the roles right for them.

Rejected - A project may be marked as rejected if it is not a performing opportunity or does not fit our project guidelines; it will not be posted to Casting Networks. Our approvals team will notify you by email if your project has been rejected.
