To submit talent for a role, click Find Talent next to the role details. Your talent roster will appear. You can filter your roster by clicking the blue Filter button to enter specifications you wish to filter by. You are able to filter your roster based on role criteria by selecting the Autofill by role criteria button.
Add talent to the role by clicking the Select button beneath their photo. Once you’ve finished selecting talent, click the Selected tab or Review Your Selections in the bottom right of your screen.
When on the Selected tab, you can choose to customize a submission by clicking Customize below a talent’s photo. You can choose the talent’s primary photo, hide photos, and add details relevant to the project or role.
When you have selected and customized your selections, click Submit Selections to send to casting.
You can always submit more talent to a role while casting is still accepting submissions for the role. Additionally, you can make additional customizations to the profile after it has been submitted.
Helpful Tip: When viewing your Projects List, you’ll notice two columns: Selected and Submitted. You will see a check mark in these columns if at least one talent is in that status.
