CASTING DIRECTORS: How do I move talent within a schedule?

To move talent to another timeslot: 

1. Click on Schedules below the project name

2. Click on the schedule you wish to edit

3. Find the talent you wish to move, and click on the overflow menu  (⋮) 

4. Choose Move / Cancel Talent

5. Choose Move Talent To Another Timeslot

6. Click on the timeslot you wish to move the talent to

7. Click Move Talent

You can also drag and drop talent to new timeframes. Remember to send the updated time to talent by clicking Send Times.
