CASTING DIRECTORS: What is a request?

Requests are a brand new feature on Casting Networks that allows you to quickly collect necessary information about talent within your project.

There are currently two types of requests in Casting Networks. The first, a question request, allows you to ask a question to any talent in a specific project. This might be used to check a talent’s availability, get more information on their experience, or any other question casting may have for the talent. This question, and response, is hosted within each project for easy access. 

Casting now has the ability to send a media request, allowing you to collect self tapes, or any other type of media. When creating a media request, you can choose to ask for specific types of media (video, audio, even PDFs). Talent can upload up to 10 pieces of media per request. If requesting video or audio files, that media will be added directly to the Audition Media section of the project.
