TALENT REPRESENTATIVES: What happened to agency codes?

To increase security, talent can no longer create profiles with an Agency Code. You can now invite talent to join your roster or you can create a new profile through your account.

To invite talent to create a profile in your roster:

1. Click Talent in the top navigation bar
2. Click Add Talent
3. Select Invite Talent to create a profile
4. Click OK
5. Add talent’s Name and Email
6. Click Add Invite
• You can add a note to talent and choose whether or not to include your email.
7. Click Send
