TALENT: What is the "Willingness" section on my profile?

The “Willingness” section on your profile allows you to indicate what you would consider doing on a project. If you are unwilling to do anything, you can uncheck the option.

Scroll down to 'Role Preferences' and select Edit next to the 'Willingness' section to make any updates. 

This section is always editable.
