How do I upload a photo, video, or audio clip?

How to Upload Photos

To upload a new photo:

1. Click Your Media in your global navigation bar

2. Click Upload Photos

3. Drag and drop the photo into the upload modal, or click Browse to select a photo from your device

4. If necessary, edit your photo or thumbnail

Accepted file types are: jpg, jpe, jpeg, png, gif

Once the photo appears in Your Media, you can select the profile(s) where the photo will be shown.

You can also upload photos directly from your profile page by clicking on the Add a Photo tab in the photos section. By clicking on this tab, you have the option to add a brand new photo or to choose a photo that’s already been uploaded from your Media Bank.

How to Upload Videos

To upload a new video:

1. Click Your Media in your global navigation bar

2. Click the Videos tab

3. Click Upload Video 

4. Drag and drop the video into the upload modal, or click Browse to select a video from your device 

Please note: depending on the video file size and/or your internet speed, video uploads can take several minutes to process.

Accepted file types are: mov, mkv, mp4

You can also upload videos directly from your profile page by clicking on the Add a Video tab in the video section. By clicking on this tab, you have the option to add a brand new video or to choose a video that’s already been uploaded from your Media Bank.

Once the video appears in your Media Bank, you can select the profile(s) where the video should be shown.

How to Upload an Audio Clip

To upload a new audio clip:

1. Click Your Media in your global navigation bar
2. Click the Audio tab
3. Click Upload Audio
4. Drag and drop the audio clip into the upload modal, or click Browse to select an audio clip from your device

Please note: depending on the audio file size and/or your internet speed, audio uploads can take several minutes to process.

Accepted file types are: aiff, m4a, mp3, ogg, wav

Once the audio clip appears in your Media Bank, you can select the profile(s) where the audio clip should be shown.

You can also upload audio clips directly from your profile page by clicking on the Add an Audio Clip button in the audio section. By clicking on this tab, you have the option to add a brand new audio clip or to choose a clip that’s already been uploaded from your Media Bank.
