TALENT: A New Look is Coming for Casting Billboard

*Expected to launch on April 2, 2025.

For Casting Networks talent users, the new update to the Casting Billboard format will make submitting more user friendly on the desktop and mobile site.

The enhancement of the Casting Billboard with a side-by-side display and anchored "Submit" button is designed to utilize desktop space more efficiently, allowing you to submit with ease.

Submitting on Desktop-

The new side-by-side display is now the standard display for all talent on desktop, allowing for a comprehensive view of both roles and role details simultaneously.

Role details are immediately accessible on the right upon selecting a role from the left side. This improves workflow by eliminating the need for additional clicks.

If you have already submitted for a job, you will see a green submitted check mark, indicating that you have already applied for that specific casting call.

To unsubmit for a job that you've previously submitted to, you will see a white unsubmit button on the right hand side. Please keep in mind that you can not unsubmit if casting has already viewed your submission. In this instance, you will see a You Can Not Unsubmit button.

Submitting on Mobile-

For talent on mobile-web, the "Submit" button has been repositioned to the top of each role on the Casting Billboard for better accessibility, and role details can be expanded or collapsed for a cleaner view by clicking the “See More” or “See Less” buttons.

We've implemented an anchored "Submit" button on the active Role Details card, making it easier for talent to apply for roles as they review role details without having to scroll to find where to Submit.

If you have already submitted for a job, you will see a green Submitted check mark, indicating that you have already applied for that specific casting call.

To unsubmit to a job that you've previously submitted to, you will see a white Unsubmit button under the Role. Please keep in mind that you can not unsubmit if casting has already viewed your submission. In this instance, you will see a You Can Not Unsubmit button.

If you are on a Free Membership-

If you are currently enrolled in a free membership and you go to Casting Billboard to apply to a job, you will see a pop up notice that reads Upgrade to submit to roles. By clicking on this, it will direct you to the Membership & Billing section and be prompted to upgrade to a premium monthly or premium annual membership.

The role title and the "Upgrade to Submit" banner for basic users remain visible at the top, ensuring the name and Submit button are always in view.
