CASTING DIRECTORS: Email History

Casting directors on Casting Networks will now be able to enjoy the new and improved Email History feature within each project on the Projects List tab. This feature can be found on the right-hand side of each project as a new tab option. 

The following categories can now be found in the Email History section of each project: 

• Publication Settings 
  • Role Published
  • Requesting Additional Submissions 
  • Widened Publication Settings
• Audition Notifications
  • Audition Schedule Sent 
  • Callback Schedule Sent 
• Request Notifications
  • Media Request Sent 
  • Question Request Sent 

*Please note that each section will specify if sent to Talent Representative, Talent, or Casting Billboard.

Within each Email History notification, users will be able to view the messages that were sent to each Talent Representative and Talent. This will help users with overall workflow throughout the project, helping keep communication history straightforward and clear. Along with each notification comes a helpful date and time stamp.
