This article is intended for Casting Networks talent with an annual premium membership. The purpose of this article is to show you how to renew your annual membership starting 30 days before your current membership expires.
If you are a talent with an active premium annual membership, you can renew your membership up to 30 days before your current membership is set to expire.
Please follow these steps to renew your annual membership.
Step 1- Check when your current membership is set to expire. You will want to make sure the 30 day window applies to you before you try to renew.
To check your current membership, you will want to go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS- MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING (https://app.stg.castingnetworks.com/talent/membership-billing).
You will then check the NEXT BILLING DATE, which you can find on the left hand side of the Membership and Billing section.
If your next billing date falls within the 30 day window, please continue to Step 2. If not, you will need to wait until the 30 day window begins.
Step 2- How to renew your annual membership.
While remaining on the Membership and Billing page, you will scroll down until you see the RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION section.
You will want to make sure that the PAY YEARLY option is checked. If you are already on an active annual membership, it should be preset to that option, but you will want to double check.
You will then want to hit the RENEW NOW button to take you to the Complete Purchase page.
Step 3-
After clicking the Renew Now button, you will be directed to the Complete Purchase page. You will want to click on the payment method that you prefer to use. If you are adding a payment method, you can click the + ADD PAYMENT METHOD button.
Once the payment method is selected, you will scroll down where you will see the total amount due today (please keep in mind that the amount shown in the picture below is just an example and your amount may appear differently).
When you are ready to checkout, please click the blue PAY button in the bottom right hand side.
After successfully checking out, you will see the updated NEXT BILLING DATE. You will also receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your account.
