TALENT: Updates to the Free Membership

Updates to the Free Membership!

We've made exciting updates to our free membership! We've eliminated the storage-based structure for media submissions. Now, when you submit self-tapes in response to Media Requests through the system, it's completely unlimited and won't count towards any media space limits on your account.

The updated free membership now includes the following for your profile:

2 free photo credits

1 free video credit

1 free audio credit

When you log in for the first time after August 24th, you'll be prompted to select your 2 photos, 1 video, and 1 audio from the existing files in Your Media. Please be aware that you will only have one opportunity to make this selection. Once you choose a media file using a free credit, it cannot be swapped out. 

How to Choose Your Media:

1. Log in to your Casting Networks Account

2. Once logged in, you will be presented with a pop-up window, prompting you to choose the media you would like to use your credits on. (2 photos, 1 video, 1 audio). Select Unlock Media Now button.

*Once you have selected a piece of media to unlock, it cannot be undo. 

3. You will then be navigated to Your Media, where your media will appear locked. To choose the media you would like to keep active on your profile (2 photos, 1 video, 1 audio), locate the desired piece of media, and select the “Unlock” icon under the media file.

4. After unlocking a piece of media you will then see the image labeled underneath as “Free Credit”

Once you have chosen your free media to display on your profile, you're all set!

If you have used all of your media credits and are wanting to add more media to your profile, you will be prompted to upgrade to a Premium Membership to unlock any additional media that you would like to have displayed on your profile.
