In an effort to better meet the needs of talent, Casting Networks has moved away from our storage-based model.

Talent who are on the Free Basic Membership will now receive two free photo uploads, one free video upload, and one free audio upload when creating a new account.

Talent with Free Basic Memberships can choose the two photos, one video, and one audio clip that they would like to redeem with their free media credits. When these talent login they will be prompted to redeem their free media credits. Please note that once free media credits have been redeemed this media can not be deleted, nor can it be swapped out for new media. All other media will become locked. 

If talent have used all of their media credits and are wanting to add more media to their profile, they will be prompted to upgrade to a Premium Membership to unlock any additional media that they would like to have displayed on their profile. To Unlock Media

1. Login to your account

2. Navigate to Your Media

3. Select which type of media you would like to unlock. 

4. Find the piece of locked media. 

5. Click the three dots next to the piece of media. Then select, "Unlock"
