Collaborators: Access and Permissions

The Collaborators feature allows Casting Directors to add cam ops, session runners, and freelancers to specific projects within their accounts.

How do I accept my invitation to collaborate on a project?

To accept your Collaborator invite open the email you received and click, "Get Started" 

What do Collaborators have access to?

Collaborators have access to the project overview, sessions, and presentation links. 

Project Overview

The Project Overview allows you to view all project information and all information within roles for the project. 

Sessions

Within the Sessions tab Collaborators have the ability to create new sessions. You can also view/edit existing sessions.

1. To create a new session simply click the sessions tab, and click New Session

2. You will then give your session a name for internal organization

3. Once the session has been created you can create new groups by clicking, "New Session" 

4. You can also open and edit existing sessions

Presentation Links

Collaborators have the ability to view, create, edit, and share presentation links.

1. To create a new presentation click on, "New Presentation" 

2. You can then name your presentation

3. Once you have done that you can add talent to the presentation to share with clients
