The Collaborators feature allows Casting Directors to loop in your freelancers, cam-ops, and session runners to work on individual projects within your Casting Company. By assigning collaborator access, you can maintain control over your project's confidentiality and ensure that collaborators have the necessary permissions without granting them full access to your company's account on Casting Networks.
This feature gives you the ability to add and remove users from specific projects directly from your account!

Adding A Collaborator:
If you are adding a collaborator that already has a Casting Networks account, make sure to use the email address that is linked to their account. When you add them they will receive an email invite to link with your project.
If you are adding a collaborator who does not have an existing account, the email invite they receive will take them through the account creation process. Once their new account is created they will be linked to your project.
To add a collaborator:
- Login to your account and navigate to your Projects List.
- Hover over the name of the project to view your options.
- Then select Collaborators from the far right side of the menu.
- To add a Collaborator click on the blue button that says, “Add Collaborator.”
- Enter the email address linked to the collaborator’s account and click, “Invite Collaborator.”
The new collaborator will receive a confirmation email. Once they have confirmed, they will have access to the project. Collaborators are able to access the project overview, sessions, and presentation links.
