Why can some talent see that they are “selected” or marked as “under consideration” on my project?
Talent who are on a Premium Membership have access to the Role Tracker. The Role Tracker allows talent to track the life of their submissions made on the Casting Billboard. It allows talent to review the project and role information, submission status, submission date, and last updated date. Talent will be able to see if casting has marked them as Selected or Under Consideration on projects to which they submitted themselves. The Selected status is defined as ‘Casting has selected your profile and you may be contacted for an audition, callback, media or question request’. The 'Under Consideration' status is defined as 'Your profile is included in an audition, callback, media or question request, or client presentation. Talent cannot see which selection tag they have been marked with, or if they are marked as 'On Avail' or 'Booked’. Talent cannot see the name of the casting company, only the name of the project and role they submitted for.
