What is Chat Support?

Chat support is a feature that will allow you to reach us directly through the website for LIVE assistance on any questions or concerns you may have. This will allow you the opportunity to receive clear and efficient responses, and will allow our team to actively guide you to a resolution.

How to Reach Chat Support:

Chat support can be reached by clicking the chat icon in the lower left hand corner of your account. 

Once the bubble is selected you will receive a few options. Make sure to select the appropriate user type to be redirected to the correct support department: 

Once the correct department is selected you will be given a few options to narrow down your question. Make the selection that best matches your request. Once these questions have been answered you will receive an automated response:
